  All registrations for the conference must be submitted through the online registration form.

  International Delegates

  General international delegate registration closed on August 31, 2012.

  Delegates from countries not requiring a visa to travel to Namibia, or who can obtain their visa from a Namibia embassy or consulate in their country or nearby country can still register online for the conference through September 14, 2012. The conference registration fee is US$ 150. Visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website for a list of countries that meet this requirement www.mfa.gov.na. On-site registration is also permitted for those who can obtain visas without assistance from the conference secretariat. The conference secretariat is no longer assisting international delegates who did not register by the August 31 deadline with obtaining visas.
