Limited exhibition booths are available to organizations, publisher, educational institutions, research centres, and other interested individuals/groups to exhibit their products and activities. Agencies whose products relate to the conference theme and conference sponsors will be given preference, and spaces are available on first come basis.
Exhibitions will be held within an Exhibition Hall situated within the conference venue. All exhibitors shall be entitled to one exhibition space per exhibitor as per the following specifications:
- One 9m2 Exhibition Booth (3m x 3m)
- Two Tables
- Two Chairs
- One banner with exhibitor name
