Become an Exhibitor

  Limited exhibition booths are available to organizations, publisher, educational institutions, research centres, and other interested individuals/groups to exhibit their products and activities. Agencies whose products relate to the conference theme and conference sponsors will be given preference, and spaces are available on first come basis.

  Guidelines for Exhibition Booth

  - An exhibition booth of 3mX3m will be allotted which includes 2 tables, 2 chairs, and plug points.
  - It is not necessary for the exhibitor to register for the conference unless they want to attend the conference sessions.
  - All exhibitors should send their high resolution logo and/or names of organisations to lettisia@cybernamibia.com so that the booths can be customised for them. Exhibitors may also personalize booths with basic information on their programmes and thematic areas.
