EOA Hotel Reservations is the official hotel reservations partner of the conference. Special rates have been negotiated with partner hotels. Delegates are solely responsible for making their accommodation arrangements and are encouraged to do so directly with EOA Hotel Reservations as soon as possible. All hotel reservations booked through the official hotel reservations partner come with roundtrip airport-hotel-airport pick-up.

EOA Hotel Reservations representatives and conference volunteers will be at the airport to assist delegates through immigration to the location of the hotel shuttle.
