Limited exhibition booths are available to international organizations, publishing houses, educational institutions, research centres, etc, to exhibit their products/activities. Agencies dealing with products related to reproductive health, the conference sponsors and co-sponsors will be given preference and spaces are available on first come basis.

Guidelines and Rules for Exhibition Booth

• An exhibition booth of 3mX3m will be allotted which includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and plug points.
• It is not necessary for the exhibitor to register for the conference unless they want to attend the Conference sessions, in which case they will be requested to do so.
• The cost of booking an exhibition booth will be US$ 1,000.
• All exhibitors should send their logos and/or names of organisations to so that the booths can be customised for them. Exhibitors may also personalize booths with basic information on their programmes and thematic areas.
• Exhibitors who want to send their materials prior to arrival should address it to:
